I have always had a great interest in drawing and wildlife. In the late 1950s I became a member of the newly formed Young Zoologist Club based at London Zoo and took part in many of their memorable activities.
Now that I have more free time I have decided to fill it by pursuing both these interests, frequenting local wildlife collections to observe, photograph and sketch. Later I expand on these to produce my artwork with whatever media comes to hand. Just over a year ago I tried printmaking and with the support and encouragement of East London Printmakers have become an enthusiast.
During 2009 I participated in :
- HVAF Exhibition at Burston Garden Centre
- Lessedra Mini-Print Exhbition
- Prints for Peace Mexico
