Miniprint Annual 2012

Was born in Cangas do Morrazo, Spain, in 1953.

He studied Arts at the “Escuela de Artes y Oficios de Vigo”. Soon, he became a member of “Taller Experimental Grafica de Vigo” and afterwards he co-founded the atellier “+ Obra Grafica Galega”.

He normally exhibits in the Feria Internacional de Arte Multiple Contemporaneo “Estampa” in Madrid, Spain, as well as in other exhibitions in Canada, Portugal, Italy, Bulgaria and United Kingdom.

His artworks are displayed in Biblioteca Nacional de Madrid, Spain; Sala Tematica de las Artes Graficas de la Diputacion de Lleida, Spain; Museo Manuel Torres, Spain.

In 2007, Leonardo was awarded the second prize of the “Bienial Eixo Atlantico” 7th Edition in Vigo, Spain, and he was one of the finalists in the “Mini Print Internacional de Cadaques” 27th Edition, Girona, Spain. Furthermore, in 2009 he was one of the award-winning artist in the 29th Edition of “Mini Print Internacional de Cadaques”, becoming a year later a member of the jury of this artistic event.
